What To Keep In Mind While Shopping With Us!

Nine years ago, Paper Boat Collective was set up by Bhagyashree Patwardhan, a Designer and Curator, as a homegrown concept store to showcase the work of budding Indian designers, artists and small scale artisans who believe in slow, sustainable, and stylish products.

Since then, while we have grown tremendously and become a leading concept store in Goa and the country, we have consciously stuck to our values of ethical, sustainable, impeccably curated, and handcrafted in India. 

Paper Boat Collective was designed as and continues to be an experience-led store where the Layout of the store, the museum-like curation, lighting, scents and music all come together to create a mindful and sensory experience. 

In light of that, here are a few things that you must keep in mind while shopping with us!

1. Handmade Products

Every one of these handcrafted products are produced by small scale artisans and creators who believe in the same ideology as us. They are then carefully handpicked by our merchandising team and brought to the store. 

2. Consciously Curated

The products that you see on our website are merely references to the wide range of consciously curated items that we have in the store. The materials used to make them are natural or upcycled and most  are naturally dyed as well. Therefore, each product is unique and one-of-a-kind while we still ensure that quality is up to the mark. 

3. Made on Order

The products in our store are not only handmade and mindfully produced in small batches. Therefore, we have a limited inventory of each of these items. Although we run out of stock quickly, we can reorder most of them again.

It takes around 10 to 12 days for the vendor to create and ship the products to us. Since they take time to reach us, please be patient with us while we try to deliver your product to you.

4. Sustainable Packaging

Once the product arrives at our store, they are packed in a way that reduces waste. Each package also has a special souvenir for you from us. We ship all our products by road to be more sustainable and eco-friendly. Thus, once shipped, the order takes around 3-5 days to reach you at your home.

5. Returns and Exchange

Since every product is handcrafted according to your order, the product cannot be returned or refunded. However, we do exchange products if there's a quality or a size issue.
